A Prayer for the Christmas Season

Lord,

As we approach this season of celebration our hearts and minds turn once again to all the wonderful ways You enrich our lives and the many blessings You bring.

Thank You for those we love, both far and near, who brighten our days and bring smiles to our faces. It’s so good to know wherever they are they are always in Your Hands.

Thank You for Your provision for all our needs and Your promise to take care of us no matter what happens. It’s so good to know even in uncertain times, You are still our Provider.

Thank You for the little ways You show us Your love each day and surround us with Your grace. It’s so good to know You are the source of our strength, hope, and peace.

Now, more than ever, we are so glad You sent us the precious gift of Your Son and we humbly ask for Your continued blessings this Christmas and throughout the new year.

Amen.
